Muscle Theory

Often triggered by what we see and read in the media, we strive for the ideal body, but is it for everyone? Muscle building is still associated with some hardcore bodybuilding. However, this is in our health and wellness culture is no longer an issue. Mostly male models on the covers of Men's Health example to do muscle building training. This specific method of training we can better describe as a cosmetic exercise.
Muscles
Each muscle consists of a large number of muscle fibers. The number is fixed and the distribution about this is, according to current knowledge, hardly changeable through training. What is to influence, the thickness and hence the strength of the muscle fiber. This thickening takes place only when nearly all muscle fibers in the same muscle used when tightening that muscle.
Adaptability of the body
When there is sufficient trained with heavy weights, the nervous system to adapt. More muscle fibers are needed to develop sufficient strength to allow progressively heavier weights can be lifted. This is called neuromuscular adaptation process. The body itself will have to make more so each time to better cope with the new situation.

Muscle Failure
Training to muscular failure (muscle failure) means an exercise performed until the weight is not the right way can be lifted in the concentric phase of the movement. Train to muscle failure ensures that virtually all the same muscle fibers in use. This allows for maximum muscle stimulation and thus maximum muscle growth.
